1. Ai xử lý hoàn tiền
Đơn hàng trên floormen.tech do đơn vị bán lại Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) xử lý. Tiền được hoàn về đúng phương thức thanh toán bạn đã dùng, thường trong 5–10 ngày làm việc tuỳ ngân hàng.
2. Gói định kỳ (tuần / tháng / 3 tháng)
- Lần thanh toán đầu tiên: hoàn 100% nếu bạn yêu cầu trong 14 ngày.
- Các kỳ gia hạn sau đó: không hoàn cho kỳ đã bắt đầu, trừ khi luật nơi bạn sống yêu cầu. Nếu bạn quên huỷ và liên hệ trong 48 giờ sau khi bị gia hạn, chúng tôi sẽ xem xét hoàn.
- Huỷ gia hạn tại Quản lý gói hoặc qua email hoá đơn của Paddle.
3. Gói bổ sung trả một lần
Hoàn 100% trong 14 ngày kể từ khi mua.
4. Mua qua App Store / Google Play
Nếu bạn mua trong ứng dụng qua Apple hoặc Google, hoàn tiền do Apple/Google quyết định theo chính sách của họ. Chúng tôi không thể hoàn trực tiếp các giao dịch đó.
5. Quyền của người tiêu dùng
Chính sách này không làm mất các quyền bắt buộc theo luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng nơi bạn sống (ví dụ quyền rút lại trong 14 ngày ở EU/Vương quốc Anh).
6. Cách yêu cầu
Gửi email tới support@floormen.tech kèm email bạn dùng khi mua (hoặc mã đơn Paddle). Xem thêm Điều khoản.

In short
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
- Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

1. Who processes refunds
Orders on floormen.tech are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
2. Subscriptions (weekly / monthly / 3-monthly)
- First payment: full refund if you ask within 14 days.
- Later renewals: no refund for a period that has already started, unless the law where you live requires one. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 48 hours of a renewal, we will consider a refund.
- Cancel renewal in Manage subscription or through the link in your Paddle receipt email.
3. One-time add-ons
Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
4. Purchases through the App Store / Google Play
If you bought in the app through Apple or Google, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot refund those transactions directly.
5. Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under consumer law where you live (for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK).
